Coaching in the CFL

Being a coach in this league is not just playing the game, it's being an active participant in what the college game is all about. Coaching is being able to assess good talent and being able to put that talent to good use and be successful.

There are 118 Division I football teams and deciding which program that fits your style of play is probably the most important start.

Preseason Coaches Poll:

Every member receives information on each team before the season starts on how they did the year before and any changes that have been done for the current season which will be the basis of the Coaches Vote.

Post Regular Season Coaches Poll:

Once the regular season has ended, each member receives information on each team with their record, key wins, key loses and strength of schedule which will be the basis for the Coaches Vote on what team is going to which bowl including the National Title matchup.

Heisman Vote:

The top players that have separated themselves from the rest of the pack will be nominated with a chance to win the Heisman. The players' info will be sent to all the coaches for their vote and the Heisman Trophy will will be announced before the National Title game.
